Spencer was found emaciated, wandering on a golf with his sister Shai. Now recovered from starvation, he has relaxed enough to learn how much fun life can be. Romping with other dogs is a highlight of his day!

Running, wrestling and eating are his other favorite pasttimes. Spencer is rather shy upon first meetings, and still hates car rides. He has mastered the "fall flat on the ground and maybe they won't take me away"' technique. But once in the car, he lies down and tries to sleep.

Spencer's experiences with homelessness and hunger have prompted his search for a retired or work-at-home human, so he won't relive that so-alone sadness anymore. He has asked for a person to run with (on leash), sleep with, and love on. Add a female dog play pal and this once lonesome fellow will know he's found heaven.

Neutered, vaccinated, tested Negative for Heartworm and Erlichia. Learning about leashes and house training.
